Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to establish the Historic Camden National Historic Park, in South Carolina. Directs the Secretary to accept the conveyance of specified lands and buildings owned by the Camden Historical Commission and to designate such lands and buildings as part of the park. Directs the Secretary to administer the park's development in accordance with the Commission's Historic District Master Plan.
Authorizes appropriations to carry out the provisions of this Act.
