Prohibits willful disclosure of information identifying or leading to the identification of any individual as a present or former associate with a United States agency engaged in foreign intelligence activities if: (1) the person acquires such information pursuant to the authority of a Federal statute or Executive order and it has been designated as requiring a specific degree of protection; or (2) the person acquires such information knowing or having reason to believe that it has been specifically designated pursuant to a Federal statute or Executive order as requiring a specific degree of protection, and that such disclosure may prejudice the life or physical safety of the individual identified.
Excuses disclosure of such information in specified circumstances to Congress, district court judges, and Federal law enforcement officers.
Punishes violations of this Act by a fine of not more than $10,000 and/or imprisonment for not more than ten years.
