Career Criminals Prosecution Act - Amends the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to authorize the Administrator of the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration to provide grants (amounting up to 50 percent of cost) and technical assistance to units of general local government for the establishment and operation of programs designed to identify and expedite the prosecution of career criminal offenders. Sets forth requirements for grant applications.
