A bill to amend the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 to permit the distribution of certain surplus Federal property to certain organizations which provide for the education and recreation of young boys and girls.

Amends the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 to authorize the Administrator of General Services to permit the distribution of certain surplus Federal property to tax-supported or non-profit organizations providing educational and recreational activities for young girls and boys.
