A bill to amend parts B and E of title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 to provide for deferral of repayment on insured and direct student loans during temporary total disability.

Amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to provide for a deferal of up to three years on the repayment of principal or interest of a federally insured student loan during a period of termporary total disability of the student borrower.
