Amends the Small Business Investment Act of 1958 to subject corporations which are general partners to small business investment companies to examinations by the Small Business Administration in the same manner as such investment companies are currently examined.
Authorizes the Administrator of the Small Business Administration to waive the requirement that such examinations be conducted annually, provided 24 months do not elapse between successive examinations.
