A bill to provide mandatory social security coverage for Members of Congress, for the President and Vice President, and for Federal judges.

Amends Title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act and the Internal Revenue Code to include Members of Congress, the President, the Vice-President, and Federal judges, under the Federal Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance system.
