Directs the Secretary of Transportation to select a route and provide for the construction of a highway between Witchita, Kansas, and Tucumcari, New Mexico, to be known as the "Wild West Highway". Stipulates that the Federal share of the construction of such highway shall be 80 percent of its cost.
Authorizes appropriations in such amounts as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
