A bill to amend the Clean Air Act to provide for the establishment by the Environmental Protection Agency of an Office of Small Community and Small Business concerns to provide certain technical assistance to small communities and small business, and for other purposes.
Environmental Technical Assistance Act - Amends the Clean Air Act to provide for the establishment of an Office of Small Community and Small Business Concerns, within the Environmental Protection Agency, which shall provide technical assistance and information to small communities and small businesses relating to (1) environmental requirements applicable to small communities and small businesses, (2) the least costly methods of complying with such requirements, and (3) available sources of Federal funds to assist in complying with such requirements.
