A bill to authorize the acquisition of lands, easements, rights-of-way, and complete relocations associated with Canyons 1 and 2 at Wenatchee, Washington.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to acquire lands and complete relocations associated with Canyons 1 and 2 at Wenatchee, Washington, provided that local interests enter into an agreement to reimburse the United States for the total costs of such acquisitions and relocations. States that the amount of such costs are estimated at $1,900,000 and are to be repaid in not more than 50 equal annual installments, including interest on the unpaid balance.
