A bill to protect individuals from unreasonable searches and seizures.
Third Party Search Protection Act - Prohibits the issuance of a warrant to search any premises which are not under the control of a suspect in a crime under investigation, except upon a specific and further finding, based upon recorded non-hearsay evidence, that there is a high probability that the objects sought will be concealed, destroyed or altered.
Requires search warrants issued under such circumstances to prescribe the protection of all privileged matters, including the sealing or guarding of such objects without examination, until such nonsuspect can be heard by the magistrate or judge.
