A bill to amend the Social Security Act.

Amends the Social Security Act to add to the definition of a fully insured individual, an individual who was alive on January 1, 1965, and whose profession first became subject to social security coverage on that date. Establishes requirements concerning the number of quarters of coverage required for eligibility and the time limits within which such coverage must have been earned.
