A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to require the withholding of income taxes from certain payments made under employer wage continuation plans.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to require the withholding of income taxes from sick pay and any disability retirement benefit paid to an individual. Requires 10 percent of disability retirement benefits to be withheld.
