A bill to rescind certain budget authority contained in the message of the President of May 12, 1978 (H. Doc. 95-335), transmitted pursuant to the Impoundment Control Act of 1974.

Rescinds $30,000,000 of the funds appropriated under the Supplemental Appropriations act, 1978, for the Agricultural Conservation Program of the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service, as contained in the message of the President of May 12, 1978 (H. Doc. 95-335).
