A bill to amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to provide Federal funding for the costs of operation and maintenance of waste treatment works.

Authorizes the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, to make grants to any State, municipality, or intermunicipal or interstate agency for up to 25 percent of the costs of operating and maintaining publicly owned treatment works.
