A bill to direct the Secretary of the Army to relocate the water supply intake facility at Springfield, South Dakota.

Requires the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to relocate the water supply intake facility on the Missouri River at Springfield, South Dakota. Provides that the total cost of the relocation (estimated at $1,250,000) shall be paid by the United States.
