A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to pay claims for damage to a water well, spring, or artesian well used or susceptible for use as a water supply, if construction or operation of any segment of the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway Project is the cause of said damage.
