Private General Aviation Airport Act - Provides for Federal guarantees of private loans to certain privately owned, public use general aviation airports for improvements to such airports in order to promote local, feeder, and short haul air transportation.
Specifies restrictions on any such guarantees authorized by the Secretary of Transportation.
