Merit Selection for United States Attorneys Act - Amends provisions of Federal law dealing with the appointment of United States attorneys to limit them to two full terms, to set forth the reasons for which they may be removed from office, and to establish a new method for their selection utilizing a United States Attorney Selection Commission for each judicial district.
