A bill to authorize the granting of permanent residence to certain nonimmigrant aliens residing in the Virgin Islands of the United States and to establish an Interagency Task Force on Virgin Islands Immigration.

Authorizes the granting of permanent residence status to certain alien workers residing continuously in the Virgin Islands since May 12, 1970.

Establishes special procedures for adjusting the immigration status of such workers.

Establishes the Interagency Task Force on Virgin Islands Immigration to investigate the best methods of providing social services to such workers.
