A bill to extend the authority of the Secretary of the Treasury to make loans under the New York City Seasonal Financing Act of 1975 for a period of three years.

Extends, from June 30, 1978, until June 30, 1981, the authority of the Secretary of the Treasury to make loans under the New York City Seasonal Financing Act.

Limits the aggregate amount of loans under such Act which may be outstanding for each year from 1978 through 1981.
