Affordable Home Mortgage Act - Amends the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1970 to direct the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to establish and maintain a demonstration project for the purpose of determining the feasibility of having the Government National Mortgage Association provide secondary financing for moderate-income families with mortgages which have graduated rates of amortization.
