A bill to require the use of the Consumer Price Index for all-urban consumers in certain Federal Programs, and for other purposes.

Directs that whenever the Consumer Price Index is specifically required or authorized to be used by any Federal officer to make calculations or determinations under any Act of Congress, the Consumer Price Index so utilized shall be the "Consumer Price Index for all-urban consumers."
