A bill to amend chapter 315 of title 18, United States Code, to authorize payment of transportation expenses by United States Marshals for persons released pending appearance in another district.

Authorizes, when justice so requires, Federal payment of specified travel expenses and allowances of persons released from custody pending an appearance to face criminal charges before another Federal court.
