Consumer Beef-Grading Act - Establishes within the Department of Agriculture a Task Force on Beef-Grading Standards, which shall make determinations and recommendations with respect to establishing new beef-grading standards to replace existing standards. Specifies nutritional, cost, consumer preference, health need, and other factors to be considered by the Task Force.
Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to establish new beef-grading standards within three months after receiving the Task Force's recommendations. Requires the Secretary to establish a consumer education program regarding the new standards, including the preparation of notices for display at retail stores.
