Establishes the War in the Pacific National Historic Park in Guam. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to administer the park. Sets forth procedures for the acquisition of lands within the Park.
Directs the Secretary to submit a comprehensive development plan to relevant committees of Congress within two years from the enactment of this Act.
