Integrated Pest Management Encouragement and Youth Employment Act - Adds integrated pest control management services, including services for producers of agricultural commodities, to the types of projects to be performed by the Young Adult Conservation Corps under the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973 (CETA).
Includes integrated pest management services among the projects for which the Secretary of Labor is authorized to provide financial assistance under (CETA) youth employment and training provisions.
