A bill to amend the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 to prohibit restrictions on work rules in locations in which there is hunting, recreational fishing, or recreational sport shooting, and for other purposes.

Amends the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 to stipulate that nothing in such Act shall be construed to authorize any regulation designed to restrict hunting, recreational fishing, or recreational shooting sports or to establish safety or health standards for work performed in any location which is customarily used for such activities.
