A bill to provide that the acreage limitations, the residency requirements, if any, and the excess land provisions of the Federal reclamation laws shall not apply in the case of certain contracting entities served by the Kings River and Tulare Lake Basin project, and for other purposes.

Exempts specified irrigation districts organized for the purpose of delivering water from the Kings River and Tulare Lake Basin project, California, and lands located within such districts, from certain restrictions of federal reclamation laws including those limiting the transfer of excess lands.
