Radioactive Waste Management Regulatory Reform Act - Amends the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974 to expand the licensing and related regulatory authority of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission concerning long and short-term storage and disposal of nuclear material.
Amends the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 to permit State-issued licenses for the long-term disposal of nuclear material to remain in effect for three years from the enactment of this Act.
