Educational Assistance for Immigrant Children Act - Directs the Secretary of Commerce to make grants to local educational agencies for the construction of school facilities to assist such agencies in educating immigrant children.
Defines immigrant child for purposes of this Act as a child both of whose parents have emigrated from Mexico and are not citizens of the United States and who is provided free public education.
