A bill to amend title VIII of the National Housing Act to authorize the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to terminate the requirement for mortgage insurance premiums with respect to military family housing properties under the jurisdiction of the Department of Defense the mortgages of which are insured by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
