A bill to provide that compensation be allowed under chapter 81 of title 5, United States Code, for certain work injuries which occurred before September 7, 1974.

Permits compensation for certain work injuries sustained by Federal employees prior to September 7, 1974, the date on which an Act authorizing such compensation was approved, provided a timely claim was made with respect to such injury within the 15-year period ending on such date.
