States that any funds appropriated in satisfaction of any judgment of the Indian Claims Commission or the Court of Claims in favor of any Indian Tribe, except the Apache Tribe of the Mescalero Reservation, shall be used or distributed only after the payment of attorney fees and litigation expenses.
Declares that any funds appropriated in satisfaction of any judgment of such Commission or Court in favor of the Apache Tribe of the Mescalero Reservation, New Mexico, be consolidated and credited to the account of such Tribe.
Excludes from Federal or State income taxes, and from the determination of an individual's income or resources in determining an individual's eligibility for assistance under the Social Security Act, any per capita distribution of such funds received by a member of the Apache Tribe of the Mescalero Reservation.
