A bill to require that from one-half to 1 per centum of any funds appropriated for the construction of certain buildings be used for artwork for such buildings, and for other purposes.

Amends the Public Buildings Act of 1959 to require that at least one-half of one percent and not more than one percent of any funds appropriated for the construction of certain public buildings be used for the creation and acquisition of artwork for such buildings.
