A bill to direct the National Institute of Education to develop curricula concerning the destruction of the European Jewish community by Nazi Germany prior to and during World War II, for dissemination to elementary and secondary schools.

Amends the General Education Provisions Act to direct the Director of the National Institute of Education to develop elementary and secondary curricula concerning the destruction of the European Jewish community by Nazi Germany prior to and during World War II.

Stipulates that such curricula should also include similar attempts to destroy other ethnic, religious, or cultural minority groups.
