A bill to amend titles II and XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide medicare coverage for disabled individuals under age 65 from the first month of their entitlement to benefits based on disability, in cases where the individuals involved are becoming re-entitled to such coverage after a previous coverage period which ended during the preceding 5 years.

Amends Title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) and Title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act and the Railroad Retirement Act to make an individual eligible to participate in the hospital insurance program if such individual was eligible to participate in such program on the basis of disability during a coverage preceding the first month in which he is under the disability on the basis of which he currently claims entitlement to such benefits.
