A bill to amend the Communications Act of 1934 to establish requirements with respect to the broadcasting of certain professional sports clubs' games.

Amends the Communications Act of 1934 to invalidate agreements preventing the broadcast of a professional sports game, by means of television, at the same time and in the same area in which the game is to be played if all tickets to such game have been sold 72 hours before gametime.

Repeals this amendment effective February 1, 1981.
