Amends the Federal Alcohol Administration Act: (1) to make it unlawful introduce in interstate commerce or foreign commerce, or receive therein, or to remove from customs custody for consumption, any bottle containing a beverage having more than 14 percent of alcohol by volume, unless the label of such bottle contains the following statement: "Warning, consumption of alcoholic beverages may be habit forming and excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages may be hazardous to the health and safety of yourself and others," and (2) to require such a statement in the advertising of a beverage having more than 14 percent of alcohol by volume.
