A bill to authorize the disposal of aluminum oxide crude from the national stockpile and the supplemental stockpile.

Authorizes the Administrator of the General Services Administration to dispose of approximately 35,000 short tons of aluminum oxide crude presently held in the national and supplemental stockpile.
