A bill to authorize the disposal of industrial diamond stones from the national stockpile and the supplemental stockpile.

Authorizes the Administrator of the General Services Administration to dispose of approximately 4,500,000 carats of industrial diamond stones presently held in the national and supplemental stockpile.
