A bill to amend the National Labor Relations Act.

Amends National Labor Relations Act restrictions on payments and loans by employers or labor relations experts to labor organizations or officers or employees thereof to permit the furnishing of goods, services, or accommodations in the ordinary conduct of business on the same basis as such goods, services, or accommodations are furnished to others.
