A bill to provide for further research and services with regard to victims of rape.

Amends the Community Mental Health Centers Act to direct the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to establish a grant program with State and local government agencies and nonprofit with State and local government agencies and nonprofit organizations to provide assistance and related service to victims of rape.
