A bill to amend the Farm Credit Act of 1971 to provide that certain loans to farmers, ranchers, and producers or harvesters of aquatic products may be made for a period of 15 years.

Amends the Farm Credit Act of 1971 to extend from seven to 15 years the repayment term for production credit association loans to farmers and ranchers and to producers or harvesters of aquatic products.
