Establishes the Friendship Hill National Historic Site, in Pennsylvania, to commemorate the Jeffersonian Period of American history. Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for development purposes, but not to exceed $100,000. Authorizes to be appropriated for fiscal year 1979 and succeeding fiscal years such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
