A bill to amend the Agricultural Act of 1970 to require additional reports of export sales of certain agricultural commodities.

Amends the Agricultural Act of 1970 to require export sales reports on any contract entered into by a foreign subsidiary or affiliate of an exporter obliged to make such reports on its own contracts, when the subsidiary's or affiliate's contract involves the exportation from the United States of a substantial quantity of specified agricultural commodities.
