A bill to amend Section 402(d) of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.

Amends the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 to provide allotment management plans incorporated in permits and leases for domestic livestock grazing on public lands shall be developed in consultation with permittees, lessees, the District Grazing Advisory Boards, and with the cooperation of other lessors involved on intermingled land.
