A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to improve the death and disability pension program for veterans of the Mexican border period, World War I, World War II, and the Korean and Vietnam Wars, and for their surviving spouses and children.
Veterans' Pension Act - Reduces the number of items excluded in the determination of income for veterans who have a non-service-connected disability. Sets flat pension rates for specified categories of such veterans and for widows and children of Mexican border period, World War I, World War II, Korean conflict or Vietnam era veterans. Requires cost-of-living increases in the rates payable to persons affected by this Act.
