A bill for the relief of to authorize the documentation of the vessel, Unicorn, as a vessel of the United States with coastwise privileges.

Directs the Secretary of the Department in which the Coast Guard is operating to cause a certain vessel to be documented as a vessel of the United States upon compliance with the usual requirements, so long as the vessel is owned by a citizen of the United States.
