A bill to amend the Act of October 31, 1949 (63 Stat. 1049), to change the authority of the Surgeon General to make certain payments to Bernalillo County, New Mexico, for furnishing hospital care to certain Indians.

Requires that the Surgeon General of the Public Health Service shall reimburse Bernalillo County, New Mexico, for the inpatient and outpatient care and treatment of eligible Indians for hospital and medical services. States that the methods of determining the reasonable cost of services shall be agreed upon between the governing body of the hospital and the Surgeon General.
